The Division of Health Psychology facilitates collaboration among psychol-gists, health science professionals, and the health care industry to promote the psychological and behavioral aspects of physical and mental health. Division 38 values the educational, scientific, and professional contributions of psychology to health and well-being. Members participate in an exciting professional organization that is actively applying psychological and behavioral science to research questions and service problems in health care. Members belong to a community that facilitates professional development in all arenas. Members are encouraged to become active participants in the Division’s special interest groups and develop professional contacts in the field. Members communicate with other health psychologists on Division listservs. Members receive Health Psychology six times per year – at considerable savings – and also receive discounts on the Division’s Book Series. Members enjoy The Health Psychologist, the Division newsletter, three times per year.
